[watermark]This is a thing. Without it equals to without right to survive; pursuing it means losing the meaning of life, and owning it is equivalent to giving up the trueness of life. What is so magic? It is Money——Money——The thing which came into being because of economic development, was once mastered by the mankind, but it is mastering the human being now.
Money, on one hand, has promoted the development of economy, but on the other hand, it has strangled the trueness, kindness and even life. In order to get it, the mankind has gone through countless trials and hardships, undergone constant wars which caused numerous dead and wounded. I remember a song about money: Money, Money, Lie for it, Spy for it, Kill for it, Die for it. Money can make people cut away the left face and stick to the right face, so the left face is too thin while the right too thick; Money can make people cheat family and friends, throwing away love and friendship; Money can make people ignore the existence of law and do things absolutely lawless. Though money can buy a lot, but it can also make people lose more. Once being obsessed with money, people will probably fall into the bottomless pit and subside ceaselessly until the end of life; once being obsessed with money, they will either enter the paradise, or be put into the hell.
Are all these money';s faults? Does the money really have so great magic power? To this question, I dare not jump to a conclusion, but I dare say that in a rabbit';s eyes, a carrot is more important than a dozen bank notes, and in a dog';s view, a bone is much better than a gold coin. Don';t believe that because we are advanced animals evolved from those lower animals, we are certainly better than any other species. This is called “evolutionism”, which Mr. Lu Xun in fact objected to. When the life is jeopardized, people will present “the atavism”. If a rich man was dying for thirst in the desert, he would certainly exchange a bowl of drinking water with as many gold grains as all the sands of the desert. Thus it can be seen, that money is not a root of the trouble.
Then, why does money cause so many troubles and misfortunes? I think, it';s better not to complain but look for your own mistake first.
Whenever troubles relating to money are caused, people always shirk al the responsibilities onto it —— perhaps they just take advantage of their linguistic ability which money has not. Because they regard themselves as the loftiest animal, they dare dot face their ingrained bad habits, and dare not believe that some members of the same species as theirs can be so cruel and terrible. They just think to the good side, and impute all the troubles and faults to money.
Money, as currency, is only a kind of circulation tool. No responsibility should be taken by money, because it';s nothing more but only a kind of natural product. Just like two evil wolves bite each other for a piece of meat, and at last both are dead because of severe injury. Is this the fault of that meat? It is believed that every friend would say without any hesitation, “It is the wolves that bring about their own destruction, and nothing but themselves are to blame.” But why cannot people always face their own mistakes?
There';s no fault in money itself, but there';s fault in people who are not good at using it. They take money as a standard to judge people and treat people differently according to the amount of money they have.
Finally, we should remember: money is only a kind of tool, which is mastered by people but not masters people; and money is only a ruler, which measures value but not personality. So, try to rethink your idea, and don';t rush about for money all day. In this way, you will indeed be a human being, like a newborn baby!

没有它就等于没了有了生存的权利，追求它就等于失去了生活的意义，拥有它就等于舍弃了生命的真实。是什么如此厉害？是 Money——钱——因经济发展而生，曾被人类主宰，现在又主宰着人类的东西。
它，推动了经济的发展，然而又扼杀了真实、善良，甚至是生命。为了争夺它，人类经历了无数的风风雨雨，战争不断，死伤不断。记得有首歌中是这样写的： Money, Money, Lie for it, Spy for it, Kill for it, Die for it。钱可以使人把左边的脸皮揭下来贴到右边，一边没脸皮，一边二皮脸；钱可以使人欺骗家人朋友如家常便饭，而把那一份真实轻易丢弃；钱可以使人没有人性无视法律的存在，做事无法无天。虽然钱可以买到很多，但却使人失去的更多，并且一旦上瘾，就像进了无底洞，不停地陷下去，直到生命的终结，或入了天堂，或下了地狱。
难道这一切都是钱的错？难道钱真有那么大的魔力？对于这个问题，我不敢妄下断言，但至少兔子会认为一根胡萝卜胜过一打钞票，狗会认为一块骨头好过一枚金币。不要说我们是高级动物，由那些低等动物进化而来，就一定处处比人家强，这种“进化论”是鲁迅先生后来所极力反对的。每当生命被危及的时候，人就会出现“返祖现象”， 假如一个富翁快要渴死在沙漠上的时候，一定愿意用和沙漠中沙子一样多的金沙粒来换取一碗清水。由此看来，金钱并不是罪魁祸首。
那么，为什么钱会惹出那么多灾祸呢？我想，还是别拉不出屎赖茅坑，先找找自己的错误吧。
每当钱这个红颜祸水又造灾祸的时候，人们会把一切责任都推到它身上——或许是欺它不会说话吧，因为他们视自己为至高无上的动物，不敢正视人的劣根性，不敢相信和自己同类的动物能那么的疯狂，那么的可怕，而只是往好的方面想，说是什么财迷心窍，钱在施法。
钱，作为货币，只是一种流通工具，根本什么责任也不用付，因为它连一个美丽的错误都不是，只是一种自然的产物，仅此而已。就像两只恶狼为抢一块肉互咬，重伤致死，和那块肉一起变成三块肉，能说这是那肉的错吗？相信每一位朋友都会毫不犹豫、大义凛然地说：“这是二狼自寻死路，不能怪别的。”可是为什么人们总是不能正视自己的错误呢？
钱的出现没有错，但有的人却不善于使用。他们用钱的多少衡量一个人，用钱的多少来决定怎样应酬一个人。
最后，我们应该记住：钱只是一种工具，被人主宰的工具，不是主宰人的工具；钱只是一把尺子，衡量价值的尺子，不是度量人格的尺子。试着调整心态，不要整日为它奔波，偶尔也做一回真正的人吧。
