[原创]Let';s talk about it……If you would listen to me……
Yeah, time really go fast, isn';t it? I remeber once in June wake up in the morning by saying:"Is the end of June already?" Well, yes, the school is over, that';s a good thing, I guess, but the sad part is say good bye to all my friends in school. Unlike them, I';m not going to the same highschool as them, I know, is sad, but there';s nothing I can do about it other than saying good bye. But here I';m not going to say anything about that, incase if I cry out, but here I';m going to talk about my most unforgettble thing that I';ve done during grade 7. Well, is kind of looking back and see the thing I did, yeah, you can say that again.
Well, before I start, I really want talk about this thing. Well, if you know me, then you';ll know I don';t always tell people something that is personal about me. Um, maybe my friends, I guess. But well, what can I say, in this story there';s a lots of personal things about myself, and this is why I';ve had this idea for a long time and now I';m writing it. So first of all, I hope you';ll enjoy it. And as you know, Canada here is diffrent than China, like the people and a lots of things. I guess somepeople won';t understand somepart of the story maybe, but if you like it, then that';s all I need.
Chaputer 1 The Grade 7 Dance (1)
Yeah, somepeople really can';t hold on quiet for a sec, like the girl over there, Elizabeth. Yeah, I know, I know, it is all her creazy idea. You might don';t know what I';m taliking about, well, let me tell you then, is her, Elizbeth give the idea on our classmeeting about having a Grade 7 Dance, and I can';t believe that almost everyone in our class accept her idea. Is everyone creazy?! Well, it';s not that I don';t like this idea, but Dance? With guys? Oh no no no, I';m sure I won';t be asking the guys to go to the dance with me. I don';t care what you';ll say, but there';s no way I';m going to the dance. No way! And to be honest, I can see somegirls are really happy, I mean really---happy about this. The minute Elizabeth tell the whole class her idea, some of the girls already start looking at the other guys, whispering. Gosh, how stpuid. But well, I can';t act like I don';t care about this dance, ';cause my best friend Jenny already beg me to go with her, so, I have no choice left. Or do I? No, I don';t. But I guess I';ll still have Jenny around if there';s no guy ask me to dance. I guess...
At Lunch time, you can see some of the girls already start to ask the guys, well, the guys too.
But just when Jenny whispered in my ear:"So who do you want to go to the dance with?" She asked, and I can feel my face turn red the minute she said it.
"Um, I';m not sure, actually, I don';t think any of the guys would ask me to the dance."
"Oh, come on, Claire, I already know you had a boyfriend before, so don';t act like some 7 years old coy girl, okay?"
"So who do you want to go with?" I asked her back, I guess I';m little mad about her calling me a "coy girl".
"Well," now she';s speaking in a very low voice, I can barely hear anything."As you know, all the girls are going for Sam D. now." Sam D,? Oh my god I hate that guy.
"What?! Are thay blind?! Why do they want to go with that guy? Just because he';s popular?"
"Well, thatl';s some of the reason I guess." Jenny said, with a smile on her face.
"Get that smile off your face." I said to her, in case she';s day-dreaming.
"Well, you know, you are not so bad either." She said to me."You know, guys think you are very cute."
"Yeah, right. You don';t have to say this, Jenny. If all you are trying to do is making me feel better." I said it to her, smiled.
"No, honestly. And do you know what? SamW,(We have two "Sam';s in our class.)was looking at you when Elizabeth told her idea.
"Really?" I try to not make my voice sound too excited.
"Well, if you could believe it. But if you want to go with him, you';d better hurry up and make a move, cause I know somegirls are already started making their move."
"Give up, Jenny. You know I';m not that kind of girl."
"Well, if I were you, I won';t be so stupid." She said.
"Yeah, like I care about him. Ha, no way." But this isn';t the truth. I like Sam W., Jenny knows it, I have a crush on him, but now I';m acting like I don';t care about him, not even a bit. But there';s one thing I';m sure of, is that I';m not going to ask a guy to dance. Yeah, there';s no way I';m doing that. So now what can I do, waiting for Sam W. to ask me, I don';t think there';s much chance of it, I mean, he';s so popular and unlike the other popular guys, he is much nicer. Oh, what can I do?
