我总算弄明白了the eld wand魔法为什么属于Draco了
在Deathly Hallows中好像没有什么解释，在最后的决战时才把这事说出来，我一直没弄懂，直到最近才弄明白。
first,让我们先回到Harrypotter and the Half-blood Prince/chapter 27也就是Harry和Dumbledore在看到黑魔标记在Howarts上空，并飞到塔顶，在Dunbledore把Harry定住时，还记得是谁向Dumbledore施了缴械咒吗——Draco Malfoy.
没错，看完了Harrypotter and the Deathly Hallow的朋友都知道了Dumbledore的死是他和Snape的计划，就是说Snape对Dumbedore施的阿瓦达索命不算，那么最后一个施在the Eld Wand当时的主人（也就是Dumbledore）身上的咒语就要数Malfoy的‘Expelliarmus’了，也就是这个咒语间接导致了Eld Wand主人的死，在根据LV在Deathly Hallows中杀死Snape前的解释，我们就不难理解为什么Malfoy成了eld wand的主人了。
当然了以上纯属我个人推测，还望大家多提意见。:)
