haha good idea! I've got a way of doing it, as I've got hard nails, sometimes if I get too lazy, I don't cut them, I leave them grow, and if some accident happens, it snaps, and it become pointy, then i can use that as a weapon, as powerful as a sting, pin or even a knife, that I can scratch the face of the attacker by using my nails..... sounds strange isn't it.
another way of protecting yourself is when people seize your arm, you just scream very very load at their ears, and run when they release you......
I don't know why came up with such ideas... my friend and I always make fun of them...

the nails one......... u need really high calcium levels to actually do any harms i believe, if it were me, my nails would snap right off......
but i like the screaming tho, it should work, or u could just kick him in the crotch, this is faster~~~
